Note:
1) The license remains the property of the management company, not the HOA. Licenses can be transferred from one HOA under management to another HOA. Dormant licenses do not require service support agreement but may require a Re-Activation fee upon HOA re-assignment;
2) Technical support service agreement required per active license, available at each Anniversary Date of original License. Lapse of service support agreement on active HOA license terminates license agreement. Re-Activation requires a $250 Re-License fee plus new support service agreement.
Manage+ Optional Start Up Programming Service:
HOA-e-Solutions offers a Manage+ start up programming service. Our staff will guide you through the process of organizing and collecting all of the required financial data, resident’s and vendor lists, and other organization information and then will program this information into your license subscription and deliver to you a fully programmed start up Manage+ file. The following are the prices for this service:
